FAQs for Atlow
Do you only work with Atlow businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Atlow deliveries go out by tracked delivery to DE6.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Atlow, showing our materials and finishes.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Printed pouches for Atlow brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Atlow
Products you sell from Atlow must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Derbyshire, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
