Supplement label printing
Supplement label printing for bottles, tubs and pouches
Digital print on the materials that suit your pack, from 250 labels to 50,000. Every order is checked against UK supplement rules before it prints.

Materials
Choose the face stock by the pack, not the price. A label that lifts on a tub is the most common reason supplement brands reprint.
| Material | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| White PP (polypropylene) | Tubs, bottles, pouches | Water and oil resistant. Our default for supplements. |
| Clear PP | Clear bottles, amber glass | White underprint keeps text legible on dark contents. |
| Semi-gloss paper | Glass jars, boxes, dry storage | Lower cost. Laminate it if it will be handled a lot. |
| Textured paper | Premium and botanical ranges | Uncoated feel. Not for damp or oily products. |
| Silver or gold PP | Metallic effect on whole label | Print white where you want solid colours. |
Finishes
Finishes protect the print and change how the pack feels on a shelf.
Gloss laminate
Bright colours and the best scuff resistance. Good for sports nutrition.
Matt laminate
Low glare, easy to read under shop lights. Popular for wellness brands.
Soft-touch
A velvet feel for premium ranges. Shows fingerprints less than gloss.
Foil and spot varnish
Hot or cold foil on logos and product names. Use it sparingly near small print.

Printing questions
Which material should I choose for a protein tub?
White polypropylene (PP) with a gloss or matt laminate. It stays put on curved plastic and copes with powder, moisture and handling.
What core size and wind direction do you supply?
76 mm cores are standard, which suit most semi-automatic and automatic applicators. Tell us your machine’s wind direction and maximum roll diameter and we’ll match it. Hand-applied labels can come on smaller rolls or sheets.
Can you print batch codes and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code, date or sequential number to each label during the print run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Send us your artwork. We’ll check it before we print it.
Every quote includes a regulatory read-through of your label copy. You get a written list of fixes before anything goes to press.
