What we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, email address, brand name, any artwork you send, and the details of your enquiry. When you order, we also collect delivery and billing details.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps you asked us to take before a contract).
- To print and deliver your order (performing our contract with you).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
We don’t sell your information, and we only send marketing emails if you’ve agreed to them.
Who we share it with
Our courier (for delivery), our payment provider, and our email, website and form providers, only as needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Order and invoice records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
