Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Badgers Mount?
Badgers Mount is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
