Questions from Badsworth brands
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Badsworth, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Wakefield?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wakefield, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Badsworth?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Badsworth is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
