Printed supplement pouches in Barripper
Custom printed pouches for Barripper supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Barripper brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

FAQs for Barripper
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Barripper?
Barripper is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Barripper?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Barripper is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Barripper, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Barripper
Any food supplement sold from Barripper must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Cornwall.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
