Bathley questions
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bathley?
Bathley is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Bathley to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Bathley orders go by tracked delivery to NG23.
Who enforces food labelling in Nottinghamshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Nottinghamshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
