Common questions in Birleyhay
Do you only work with Birleyhay businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Birleyhay deliveries go by tracked courier to S12.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Birleyhay, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Sheffield?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Sheffield, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
