Custom supplement pouches for Bossiney brands
Custom printed pouches for Bossiney supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Bossiney brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Questions from Bossiney brands
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Bossiney, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Bossiney?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Bossiney is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Bossiney
Any food supplement sold from Bossiney must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Cornwall, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Cornwall.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
