Printed pouches for Brae brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Brae is in the Shetland Islands. We deliver to homes, units and offices across the area, from Runafirth and Ladieside outwards. For Brae addresses, our courier normally delivers two working days after dispatch, wherever you are in the ZE2 postcode area. Brae is one of 53 towns and villages in the Shetland Islands our labels go out to. Our nearest big-city guide is Glasgow, about 332 miles away — the service and prices are the same.

Rules in Scotland
Label rules that apply in Brae
Supplements sold from Brae must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Questions from Brae brands
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Brae?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Brae is usually two working days after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you only work with Brae businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Brae orders go out by tracked courier to ZE2.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
