Printed pouches for Brixham brands

Common questions in Brixham
What’s the lead time for pouches to Brixham?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Brixham is usually the next working day after dispatch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Brixham?
Brixham is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Brixham
Products you sell from Brixham must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Torbay, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
