Common questions in Brooklands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Brooklands address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you only work with Brooklands businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Brooklands orders go out by tracked courier to SN15.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Brooklands?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Brooklands is usually the next working day after dispatch.
