Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Calthwaite with the artwork checked against UK labelling rules.
Printed pouches for Calthwaite brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

FAQs for Calthwaite
Do you only work with Calthwaite businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Calthwaite deliveries go out by tracked courier to CA11.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Calthwaite, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
