Supplement pouch printing for Casmael, Pembrokeshire
Custom printed pouches for Casmael supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Casmael brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Casmael questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Casmael, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do I need to be based in Casmael to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Casmael orders go out by tracked courier to SA62.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Rules in Wales
Supplement labelling rules for Casmael
Products you sell from Casmael must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
