Custom supplement pouches for Chideock brands
Custom printed pouches for Chideock supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Questions from Chideock brands
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Chideock, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do I need to be based in Chideock to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Chideock orders go by tracked delivery to DT6.
Printed pouches for Chideock brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Label rules that apply in Chideock
Products you sell from Chideock must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
