Clifton questions
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Clifton, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Derbyshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Derbyshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Clifton to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Clifton orders go by tracked courier to DE6.
