Questions from Colebrook brands
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Colebrook?
Colebrook is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.

Do I need to be based in Colebrook to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Colebrook orders go out by tracked delivery to EX15.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Colebrook address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Printed pouches for Colebrook brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Colebrook
Supplements sold from Colebrook must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
