Questions from Cornworthy brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Cornworthy, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Cornworthy?
Cornworthy is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Cornworthy
Products you sell from Cornworthy must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
