Custom supplement pouches for Craster brands
Custom printed pouches for Craster supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Craster brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Common questions in Craster
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Craster, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Who enforces food labelling in Northumberland?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northumberland, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Do I need to be based in Craster to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Craster orders go out by tracked courier to NE66.
Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Craster
Products you sell from Craster must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
