Common questions in Crofthandy
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Crofthandy?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Crofthandy is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Crofthandy address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
