Common questions in Dalwood
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Dalwood address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Dalwood?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Dalwood is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Dalwood brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
