Printed pouches for Dean brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Dean questions
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Dean address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Dean?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Dean is usually the next working day after dispatch.
