Custom supplement pouches for Dean Street brands
Custom printed pouches for Dean Street supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Dean Street brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Dean Street questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Dean Street, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Dean Street?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Dean Street is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
