Questions from Docklow brands
Do I need to be based in Docklow to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Docklow orders go out by tracked delivery to HR6.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Docklow?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Docklow is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who checks supplement labels in Herefordshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Herefordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
