FAQs for Down End
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Down End?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Down End is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Down End, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
