Questions from Eye brands
Do I need to be based in Eye to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Eye orders go out by tracked courier to IP23.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Eye address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Who enforces food labelling in Suffolk?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Suffolk, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Printed pouches for Eye brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Eye
Any food supplement sold from Eye must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Suffolk, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
