Custom supplement pouches for Fetcham brands
Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Fetcham with the artwork checked against the rules.
Printed pouches for Fetcham brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Fetcham is about 5 miles south-west of Epsom, in Surrey. We deliver to homes, units and offices across the area, from The Street and Bell Lane outwards. Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Fetcham
Any food supplement sold from Fetcham must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Surrey, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Surrey.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Fetcham questions
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Fetcham, showing our materials and finishes.
Do I need to be based in Fetcham to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Fetcham deliveries go by tracked delivery to KT22.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
