Common questions in Flore
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Flore, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Flore?
Flore is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Flore?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Flore is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Flore to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Flore deliveries go out by tracked courier to NN7.
Printed pouches for Flore brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
