Frant questions
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Frant, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Kent?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Kent, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Frant to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Frant deliveries go out by tracked courier to TN3.
