Questions from Greenfield brands
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Greenfield, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Greenfield?
Greenfield is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Greenfield businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Greenfield deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CH8.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Greenfield brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Greenfield
Supplements sold from Greenfield must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Flintshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
