FAQs for Haswell
Who enforces food labelling in County Durham?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for County Durham, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Haswell?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Haswell is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you only work with Haswell businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Haswell orders go out by tracked delivery to DH6.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Printed pouches for Haswell brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
