Henryd questions
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Henryd address, showing our materials and finishes.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Henryd?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Henryd is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you only work with Henryd businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Henryd orders go by tracked delivery to LL32.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Henryd brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
