Common questions in High Pittington
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your High Pittington address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from High Pittington?
High Pittington is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do I need to be based in High Pittington to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. High Pittington orders go out by tracked courier to DH6.
