Common questions in Hurtmore
How long do printed pouches take to reach Hurtmore?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Hurtmore is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Hurtmore, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Hurtmore?
Hurtmore is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.

When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels.
