FAQs for Kingston on Soar
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Kingston on Soar?
Kingston on Soar is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Nottingham?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Nottingham, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
