FAQs for Kington
Do I need to be based in Kington to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Kington deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CV35.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Kington?
Kington is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Kington?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Kington is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Kington brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Kington
Supplements sold from Kington must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
