Lanchester questions
Do you only work with Lanchester businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Lanchester orders go by tracked delivery to DH7.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Lanchester, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Lanchester brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Lanchester
Supplements sold from Lanchester must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
