Questions from Longden brands
Do you only work with Longden businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Longden deliveries go by tracked delivery to SY5.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Longden address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Shropshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Shropshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Longden?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Longden is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Longden brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
