Common questions in Longdon
Do I need to be based in Longdon to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Longdon orders go out by tracked delivery to GL20.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Longdon?
Longdon is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Longdon address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
