Lower Hartlip questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Lower Hartlip?
Lower Hartlip is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Lower Hartlip to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Lower Hartlip orders go out by tracked delivery to ME9.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Lower Hartlip address, showing our materials and finishes.
