FAQs for Maltman's Hill
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Maltman's Hill address, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Kent?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Kent, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Maltman's Hill?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Maltman's Hill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
