FAQs for Middleyard
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Middleyard, showing our materials and finishes.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Middleyard?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Middleyard is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Middleyard to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Middleyard deliveries go out by tracked delivery to GL10.

The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
