Morlais Castle questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do I need to be based in Morlais Castle to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Morlais Castle deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CF48.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Morlais Castle?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Morlais Castle is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
