Questions from Mossy Lea brands
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Mossy Lea address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Mossy Lea?
Mossy Lea is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Mossy Lea businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Mossy Lea orders go out by tracked courier to WN6.
