Nether Heage questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Nether Heage address, showing our materials and finishes.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Nether Heage?
Nether Heage is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Nether Heage?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Nether Heage is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Nether Heage brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
