FAQs for Old Wives Lees
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Old Wives Lees?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Old Wives Lees is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you only work with Old Wives Lees businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Old Wives Lees orders go by tracked delivery to CT4.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
