Outer Hope questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Outer Hope, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you only work with Outer Hope businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Outer Hope orders go out by tracked delivery to TQ7.
Who checks supplement labels in Devon?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Devon, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Outer Hope?
Outer Hope is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
