FAQs for Ovingham
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do I need to be based in Ovingham to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ovingham orders go out by tracked delivery to NE42.
Who checks supplement labels in Northumberland?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northumberland, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Ovingham address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
