Printed supplement pouches in Penygroes
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement brands in Penygroes and across Gwynedd, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Penygroes brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in Wales
Label rules that apply in Penygroes
Products you sell from Penygroes must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Common questions in Penygroes
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Penygroes address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Penygroes?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Penygroes is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you only work with Penygroes businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Penygroes deliveries go by tracked delivery to LL54.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Penygroes?
Penygroes is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
