Pincock questions
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Pincock, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Pincock?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Pincock is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Pincock?
Pincock is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Who checks supplement labels in Lancashire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lancashire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
